- By Car: From Nantes, follow signs to Saint-Nazaire, La Baule and Guérande.
- By Train: From Nantes catch a train in the direction of le Croisic. The beach is 1.5km from Pouliguen Train Station. Walk towards the Town Center (Centre Ville), and you should see the beach.
- By Plane: Arrive into Nantes-Atlantique airport. You can hire a car at the Airport. You can also get a taxi or Tan Air Shuttle to the Nantes Train Station (Gare de Nantes).
